Eligibility for Return (Damaged Items Only):

  • To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the damage within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • You will need to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to the item and the packaging it arrived in.

How to Initiate a Return for a Damaged Item:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the damage

    • Attached photographic evidence of the damage to the item and the packaging.

Our Resolution for Damaged Items:

Upon approval of your damaged item return request, Sparkling Tush Bundles and More! will, at our discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement: We will ship you a replacement of the same item, free of charge, as soon as possible, subject to product availability.

  • Store Credit: If a replacement is not available, or if you prefer, we may issue store credit for the original purchase price of the damaged item.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage upon arrival. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the product, incorrect items ordered (if the error was not on our part), or change of mind.

  • Return shipping of the damaged item may be required in some cases. If so, we will provide you with instructions and may provide a prepaid shipping label.
